Pre-primary - Investigating how the size and shape of an object affect the way it moves.

Year 1 - Exploring sound as a vibration and the way we see objects in the light.

Year 2 - Exploring the way the forces of push and pull affects the way an object moves.

Year 3 - Exploring how heat is created and how it moves.

Year 4 - Investigating the impact of different amounts of force, the effects of friction and the difference between contact and non-contact forces.

Year 5 - Exploring the way light creates shadows and can be reflected and refracted. Investigating the transparency of materials when exposed to light and exploring changing colours of light.

Year 6 - Developing simple circuits to allow for the transfer of electricity and investigating renewable energy sources.
